Has anyone ever done the rule of 100 for exercises? I done this for squats and leg raises 100 squats everyday for 30 days 100 leg raises every day for about 100 days (imperfectly) 100 everyday, with a group that genuinely wants to improve and you *will* see improvements 🍑 Would anyone be down? I really loved that post this morning and I said it a bunch of times while I cooked breakfast. I said it like 20 times until I really felt it. Then all day I kept thinking things like Oh my coffee is wonderful, Oh new member requests, that’s wonderful, which I counted as a win because drawing attention to how great my life is IS WONDERFUL. I even had a discussion going in my group about it. And then…I WON $100 IN A SPIN THE WHEEL DRAWING in another group!!!!!!!!!
