Dude this is awesome. Definitely keep working on it. It feels so huge. Bring those chords out a bit more in the drop, though. Couldn’t really hear em until I turned the track up!

Multiple Thoughts
Hey guys! I would love your thoughts, just a general convo/thoughts on a couple topics. 1. What is your thoughts on newer DJs/Producers releasing a remix of a track that is not yet out if they get their hands on the track early through whatever resources? Basically releasing a remix of an unreleased song before it’s out. 2. What is your thoughts on buying followers, likes, views, etc? 3. DJs having ghost producers, and claiming they make all their own stuff?

1) for me personally it really depends. If someone like Tiesto is teasing a track online, then for someone at my level, it’s fair game. Millions of people will hear the snippet of his track, and like 7 people will hear my remix. No harm is really done. Now say someone is newer to the scene. Maybe just started to play a few festivals here and there is dropping a track soon, and someone huge remixes it and releases it? Dick move. Instant loss of respect. Now yes I see the hypocrisy, but it’s all about HOW it really affects the people involved. Big producer’s career isn’t really affected by tiny producer. Tiny producer is instantly outshined by big producer. Could be beneficial for tiny producer if he gets credit AND when people go to check out his track, it’s good 2) Whenever I see someone online with bought followers it has the opposite effect that they want. Instead of looking confident or popular they look kind of pathetic and sad. Like they crave attention more than they enjoy the art or the grind. 3) If you want to pay for and use a ghost producer, do it. Nobody should really care as long as you’re at the top of your game when you’re on the stage. Now in today’s industry the people who produced their own music will stand on top. The 2010’s EDM explosion made sure of that. I think as you become bigger and bigger more and more people will want to work with you. What about collabs? What if the music you want to play evolves into something your ghost producer isn’t the best at? Or if while you’re using a ghost producer, you’re learning and when you finally start releasing your own music, your sound is very different? All things to think about. After years and years of producing I think the most satisfying thing I’ve experienced is refining my sound and finally hearing the tracks I want to hear while producing. That is what makes it worth it for me.
