When I get into a skill breakdown during a workout and the kids are attempting to perform and learn the skill, for some reason even after they get it down, they tend to approach the skill with a "beginners" effort rather than being aggressive and not being afraid to make and learn from mistakes. How do I get them to transition from learning the skill to approaching it in a way to improve and force mistakes? I may have worded that in a weird fashion but I hope you can follow what I am trying to say.
