How to stay fit for life
So last weekend I had my bodybuilding competition where I entered as a Novice men’s physique competitor. Spoiler alert I got First place my class and felt great. 🥇 However what I learned is there were plenty of guys older than me who looked incredible. One dude I spoke with was 45years old. It was his 3rd competition and he won the 40+ category we spoke about longevity and how he wil never stop. I met another gentleman who was 65years old! He also looked incredible! He’s been doing these competitions regularly over the past 4 decades! So all in all age is just a number. What really matters is the standard you decide to keep for yourself. So what standard are you going to keep for yourself?

Happy Memorial Day, fam! Hope today gives you a chance to slow down, reflect, and recharge. I’m grateful to have each of you here. Big appreciation for your commitment, and just for today — if you’ve been thinking about leveling up or locking in another package, everything’s 50% off. Drop a comment or DM me ‘MEMORIAL’ if you’re interested. Enjoy your day!

@Ajani Burgess I usually do 30 push ups every 2 days. Drink a 16 oz of water when you wake up, after gym workout and every 3 hours 15 minutes. You can gage if you need more water based on your urine, cramps and how active you are for the day. Use your discretion.

How to Diet During The Holidays
… the trick is you don’t. Think of it like being on a vacation. Most of us only take them a few times a year. That not possibly enough to derail you if you have been consistent the rest of the time. So that’s the key, just be consistent most of the time. Happy Holidays.
