No time excuses… Consistency over everything. 😎
Real talk , are you done making excuses?
You’re not out of shape because you’re lazy. You’re out of shape because life got structured against you. Work. Kids. No time. But the truth is: You don’t need more time. You need a better system. Comment: “READY” if you’re done making excuses

No more blaming the schedule… I’m building the system. Locked in. Let’s work. 😎
I used to think I needed hours in the gym
Truth? I just needed consistency. Most guys fail because they go all-in for 2 weeks Then disappear. We’re not doing that here. We build habits that actually stick. What’s one habit you’ve failed to stay consistent with? 👇Drop it in the comments and reply to anyone else you connect with

It's really that simple. Just stay consistent and you're gonna get results! 💚
Inspired and motivated
I love this mans consistency and drive for a stronger and better body in mind and in sprit.. I feel we are connected brothers in this life journey to greater fitness. Every thing he says is spot on no less and accountability is a must..💪🏾

Morning Roll call (4/29/26)
Pick a wake up time and stick to it (+/- 15 minutes). No snoozing! This does wonders for your circadian rhythm. 2. Drink a big ol' glass of water with some electrolytes 3. Cold Shower (30-90 seconds, you can do it at the end of your regular shower if you need) 4. Journal your intentions for the day, 3 things you're grateful for, and 1-3 emotions you're feeling. No need to elaborate unless you want to, just take the time to explore. 5. Meditate or just sit in stillness for 5-10 minutes. Calm the storm that is our minds. 6. Post here! 👇 (Add Your Cell Phone Screenshot of the Time and Date)

I get up at 3 am every morning and knock out the workout first thing once I arrive at my job. I'm lucky enough that my employer allows me to grind on the clock during downtime. So it's been a win/win for me lately. I work in solitude for about 5 hours each morning, so I get plenty of meditation and self-reflection done.
