Hi, My name is Duane and I've been a residential real estate investor since 2017. I've wholesaled, rehabbed, new construction, and have developed a recent interest in multi-family. I have my RE License in the great State of Texas, and also a proud member of the State Bar of Texas. Before all this, I was an Aerospace Engineer and have worked as a Designer (mostly research, but also production programs) and Project Engineer managing programs with the government and DoD. I like to think I bring both a technical, analytical, and insightful perspective into the real estate industry. I'm coachable and a quick learner.
