School is cancelled today. Need to work with Sam Utter to polish this weekend's recording of our 2025 guided growth planning mastermind......ask Drew, Thomas, John Utter, Kyle, George, Jay, Quentin, Tim Carmody, Joe, Mark Holaway, Rich and Dave what they thought of it. Our focus in our 1-1s until complete is to create your rolling 12 week business plan and your 3 Year Vision (Profit, People & Process). Afterwards our 1-1s will be guided by adding the next 2 weeks to your Tactical 12 Week Plan & reviewing your data to determine if we are on track or off track and what we'll do about it together.....

Class Daily: Role Specific Schools: LM, PM, Design Director, Estimator, Project Manager, Owner (recruiting/finance) 5PM AST (that's 4PM EST and will be 3PM EST after Daylight Savings) Sales School Marketing, Networking, Social Media Content, Design Build Sales, Handyman Sales, Home Improvement Sales. 6PM AST (that's 5PM EST and will be 4PM EST after Daylight Savings) For my Boardroom Members -- send me your people and I'll give them access to their role specific training and access to their School(s). The Classroom will reorganize with the training nested under each role that should QB the installation of your new system because existing employees typically bring a ton of baggage and are resistant to change or have competing interests with yours....... Make sure to DM me to set up your standing monthly 1-1 to review your business analytics, financial data and update your rolling 12 week business plan. Welcome to RC 5.0! Make Good Decisions. Follows up with your leads with SMS and Email 2x per day in Week 1, 1x Per Day Week 2, Every Other Day Weeks 3 & 4 and Monthly Week 5+ 2. Follows up in the same cadence with phone calls. Yes Phone calls. It even sounds real. 3. Schedules appointments for you on the call or in the SMS 4. Answers your phone and schedules appointments with leads or vendors. (I'm training it to sign Yelp and marketers up for used car warranties......) 5. Prospects Realtors/Designers/Architects/Engineers to set 1-1 appointments with you to build referral alliances 6. Follows up with existing Referral Alliance relationships to stay top of mind and set appointments to help you build stronger relationships and more referrals 7. Follows up with your client base to check in and make sure they are doing well, ask if they need you to warranty anything & ask if they know anyone who needs help (to get you more referrals) In short....this replaces a 50k per year Receptionist except she never cops an attitude, calls in sick, works for free and works 24/7.......
