Hey Florence! Ray's got a bunch of great drill sessions over in the classroom area of the main group - I've borrowed from those with great success. What sort of skills are you wanting to work on? I always enjoy starting with a certain foundation skill I've noticed them struggling with, then build on it by adding in footwork (cone shuffles, small hurdles, etc) to force them into using the skill in the "snap decision moment" they will see in game. For example, start the session with simple collapse dive technique. Then build it up by adding in some agility work, then finish by forcing the keeper to start "out of position" to bring footwork and collapse dives all into a gamelike situation.
