try doing something that will make them remember you. @Giulio Segantini askes what's you favorite pizza topping and then puts that in the email subject - you could try that or something similar. Humor almost always lets their guard down, so try anything that will get them to laugh/ "can i ask you a weird question? is there any reason that Monday 11Am comes round and ill be sitting there lonely just me and my coffee" You get the idea? One last thing, although your job is to set appointments, maybe try to qualify them more before booking the appointment, this way if they r really interested their show up rate will be higher.
