Thank you Saundra!
A Bad Day Shouldn't Turn Into a Bad Week- Here's how to fix it.
🚨 High-performers bounce back fast. Low-performers let one setback derail them. 💡 The fix? Have a "recovery rule." If you slip up today, make sure you show up tomorrow—no exceptions. My recovery protocol: 1. Reset my schedule for the rest of the day. Choose one task to get done that would make tomorrow easier that will create new momentum  2. Meditate on who I want to be and why. Affirm my new identity as a YouTuber and reset emotionally. 3. Go to sleep on time so i can perform at my best tomorrow.  🔥 What’s your go-to strategy for bouncing back after a bad day?

@Mariska Angenent Just the Windows built in speech to text. Accessible via Windows key 'H'. I have used Dragon Naturally Speaking in the past, it is much better but it is a resource hog.

@Mariska Angenent Windows provides the functionality to almost all programs on your Windows computer. Windows key + H should work in Word and any word processing program, spreadsheet programs, email, web browser, Search fields, all AI systems, YouTube comments, and everything else. The few exceptions are very specialized programs.
Youtube removed my channel
Hi there everyone My apologies for this long message. Wondering if I could get some advice. As I am really confused, did my activity on my channel yesterday trigger YouTube's monitoring systems to remove the channel, or I unknowingly violated something they are strict about? Is there any easy way of finding out? Than an appeal that gave me a rejection. :o( I thought I found my niche and was working hard the past 2 months, and it was looking so good with the traffic to my videos getting stronger and not less than 250 to 1800 the past few days. And then I was shocked to see a message from YouTube that my channel was removed for violation of policies and deceptive or spam content.... I appealed. Because I think the following may have triggered something:o( Yesterday, using VidIQ's AI Coach, I learned that reused scripts with different visuals may not be allowed, so I immediately deleted 2 videos. I also deleted a couple of videos to repost them with relevant thumbnails.I did repost them immediately after deleting them. And deleted about 20 older ones just to clean up my channel. I included this on the appeal. Almost instantly, I got this message that leaves me wondering what or who replies in seconds: We reviewed your channel carefully and have confirmed that it violates our spam, deceptive practices, and scams policy. We know this is probably disappointing news, but it's our job to make sure that YouTube is a safe place for all. Looks like it is so much of a. trouble to communicate to YouTube. I am wondering if I should escalate. It further reaches out to them for a direct response to know the exact issue via the community Or just start over with a new channel? Because this fateful channel had only 118 subscribers and 289 watch hours, although the 3 months of work were solid. At least I learnt what works and what to be careful about. Is it ok to open with the same channel name? Or to be safe, I could start over with a completely different name with another email ID? or will I be blacklisted. It's so horrible to not know what went wrong. If I am legally allowed to have another youtube channel that could monetize, Can the original videos I made for the channel that was removed be reused?

Here are my research and thoughts. The first items are not good news but at the end I suggest some hope. https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802168 "If your YouTube channel is terminated, you are prohibited from using, possessing, or creating any other YouTube channels. You are also prohibited from letting others whose YouTube channels have been terminated use your YouTube channel to bypass their termination. This applies to all of your existing channels, any new channels you create or acquire, and any channels in which you are repeatedly or prominently featured." "You may be notified of a channel termination through a termination email, or be notified upon signing in to YouTube Studio. In the event of a termination, you’ll lose access to your Studio Dashboard and other features. You can still sign in to YouTube Studio to review info about the termination." https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2801973?hl=en#zippy=%2Cvideo-spam Video Spam The following types of content are not allowed on YouTube. Keep in mind this list isn't a complete list... - Autogenerated content that computers post without regard for quality or viewer experience. The way you describe the automation techniques you have started using makes this last one really high on my suspect list. I am also suspicious about promises made in titles and thumbnails since you blurred those out in your screen shot. There is a policy about promises and other things related to titles and thumbnails. It's more likely you blurred titles and thumbnails just to respect the policy here of keeping politics out of the forum. https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802168 In the section titled: Reasons channels or accounts can be terminated: "Dedication to a policy violation" In your case this could be your dedication to the policy violation of posting highly autogenerated content. (or something else)

Great, looking forward to it
Terry Stevens, Excellent Video but...
In today's live call Terry Stevens asked for thoughts on his 12 hour old new video. "Don't Wait for paint to dry" https://youtu.be/E3ooHDZ61lw?si=w9CRUI_C6mdarmaL After the live call I watched the video and absolutely loved it. The lighting was good the audio was great. The message was clear and powerful and applies to many disciplines for example I think many Youtube content creators who find them who find themselves not completing on video ideas could really use this. I think the current title is not going to find the people who really need the message. I think people who search YouTube for "how long does it take paint to dry" are going to be offered this video and when they realize it's not going to help with their house painting project they're going to click out of it early and hurt the retention time and the YouTube algorithm will think hey people aren't watching this video through so I'm not gonna show it to more people. I think people who are wanting help with how to finish their projects are not going to realize this video is perfect for them with the current title. When I think of who needs this message I think of titles like this: "Too many projects go unfinished?" Here are some other ideas from Gemini: - Stop Starting, Start Finishing! (Direct and action-oriented) - The Project Graveyard: How to Avoid It (Highlights a common problem) - Don't Let Enthusiasm Fade: Finish What You Start (Emphasizes the core message) - The Cost of "Later": Why Projects Die (Highlights the negative consequence) - From Idea to Done: Conquering Project Procrastination (Positive and solution-oriented) - The Unfinished Business Trap (Intriguing and relatable) Terry asked for thoughts so chime in with your thoughts.
