Week 2 of building Fairyland
This week I added a few new pieces to the forest - a little house inside a tree, a pathway, a lantern by the door, and a small hobbit-style house with moss and a chimney. It’s still growing slowly, but it’s starting to feel more and more like Fairyland. Thanks so much for following along. What was your favorite part of Week 2?

@Janet Merz That's amazing! Yes I am very familiar with Proverbs.

Experimenting with both das air dry clay and cement patch as mediums for “siding”, I am enjoying both! The air dry clay is less messy, but the concrete patch I find to be more forgiving and easier to re-wet and continue smoothing/thinning into a layer. (Green roof bottle is concrete patch and the orange and red tops are clay) Have you used any other mediums? How do they compare? I am offering two workshops types for “sip and craft” as well as “mom and me”. For local wineries using the wine bottle base and riding facilities using their horseshoes as doors, but would like to beef the horseshoe craft up a bit with more of a house structure behind the door. Welcoming any input!
