Hello Jennifer, I am not able to be with you today. I have enjoyed your program and have created some changes in my diet and exercise that I am finding to be very helpful. I have walked each night with a friend after a light dinner. I have changed my two meals a day to three small meals with a focus on protein. I accept that I enjoy a sweet snack while watching a movie at night. I am choosing wisely. Thank you for your help. I found your videos encouraging and informative. Dorothy McDonald

Hi I am trying to eat my high protein breakfast earlier and include a lite lunch. I have started walking after dinner with a friend and hope to continue.
