I'm in the process of making a spiced rum accord, I have materials like Rum extract on crodamol from robertet, cinnamon Ceylon bark, cinnamil alcohol, methyl cinnamate isoeugenol, and cardamom I want too use in it. How would you attempt to complete a spiced rum accord with just these materials. I have many sweet materials I'll add later in just focusing on the spiced rum right now

How do you guys work with cedarwood. It seems like no matter what I blend it with or whatever percentage used in a concentrated formula, the wet pencil wood shaving aspect of it is always the loudest. I don't like the way it smells but I want to learn how to use it properly
