Brenรฉ Brown Didn't Just Talk About Vulnerability...
Brenรฉ Brown didn't just research vulnerability. She wrote Daring Greatly. Dare to Lead. The books made her ideas something people could carry into a boardroom, a therapy office, a hard conversation with a client. When the talk ends. The book stays. Most of us are still relying on the talk. (And maybe a book down the road!) But for now -- We explain the method. We teach the framework. We walk clients through the process. And then they leave โ€” and often, the idea doesn't stick. Not because they didn't care. Because the idea had nowhere to live after the conversation ended. That is the gap a physical product fills. Not just a branded tote or a mug with your logo. Something built around your actual method. Something that travels with the person who needs it most. I love this perspective. โฃ๏ธ As a former educator, one of the biggest lessons I learned is that learning doesn't happen just because something was explained well. People need something they can return to, reflect on, and apply in the moment they actually need it. For me, that idea is this: small, consistent action beats perfect planning every time. People almost always agree with it, but when they feel overwhelmed, they go right back to overthinking instead of taking the next tiny step. That's one of the reasons I'm so drawn to assessments, workbooks, and guided experiences. They give people something to hold onto when motivation fades and doubt creeps back in. They make progress visible instead of leaving it as a good conversation. This post was a great reminder that sometimes the most valuable thing we create isn't more information. It's something that helps people remember to use what they already know.

Is there anything about your brand that someone could not copy overnight?
Everyone in your space has the same tools. The same platforms. The same content formats. What is the one thing about your brand that someone could not copy overnight? Drop it below.

What Do You Actually Give a Health or Wellness Client?
The client gift that keeps a health or wellness coach top of mind has nothing to do with the welcome package. Here's why... Most coaches give the same thing: A branded tote. A candle that smells like lavender and good intentions. Maybe a tote. And most clients forget it before the second session. The coaches whose clients stay are thinking about the Sunday afternoon โ€” the one where their client decides whether to actually follow through this week or give up before Monday starts and order a pizza. Here's how they approach it: they are giving a Wellness Kit their client will actually use. - A deck of recipe cards built around their program so the method lives in the kitchen. - A stainless steel lunch box with portion size compartments so packing it is a no-brainer. - A motivational water bottle, with clear hourly guidelines printed along the side for easy hydration. - A meal prep bag so Sunday becomes a ritual. Every item chosen and branded with their logo... Which becomes a quiet signal that their coach is still present between sessions. That's the difference between a gift that gets thanked once and one that makes you impossible to ignore. What is the most useful client gift you have ever given โ€” or received?

Not Sure What Merch To Make? Start Here.
This community is built around one simple question: What do you want merch to help you do first to grow your business? โœ… Welcome new clients or members โœ… Get more referrals โœ… Bring past clients or buyers back โœ… Thank people after they buy โœ… Reward members or customers โœ… Make your brand more memorable โœ… Create something people can buy โœ… Something else Because merch does not start with: What should I put my logo on? It starts with: What should this product help people remember, use, do, share, or come back for? What do you want merch to help you do first? Drop your answer below. Iโ€™ll tell you what kind of branded product Iโ€™d consider first โ€” and what Iโ€™d avoid.

Welcome. Start here and please introduce yourself!
I am so glad you're here. If you've ever spent money on branded products that went nowhere โ€” got ignored, tossed, or quietly ended up in a drawer โ€” this is where that stops. This community is built for business owners, brand builders, and marketers who are done treating merch like an afterthought and ready to use it as a real strategic tool. Here's what to expect: In the Classroom you'll find four core modules walking you through how to think about merch strategically โ€” from choosing the right product to building loyalty and revenue. Each one is short, direct, and built around real decisions you'll actually make. Download the worksheets. Use them. In this community expect real conversations, honest answers, product feedback, sourcing questions, and examples of merch that works โ€” and merch that doesn't. No fluff. Just strategy. I've spent 30 years creating over 1M products for brands from founder-led companies to Netflix and Coca-Cola. Everything I teach comes from what actually works in the real world. Now let's talk about you. Drop your answer below โ€” one or all three: ๐ŸŽฏ What kind of business are you building merch for? ๐ŸŽฏ What's the #1 problem you've had with branded products in the past? (Too expensive? Wrong product? Nobody used it? Not sure where to start?) ๐ŸŽฏ What would a win look like for you in the next 90 days?
