I was watching some show on Netflix and I said.. people need to have more shame. hahahaha We all grew up with way more shame than we need. Our first lesson in the Classroom is about this very topic. In every ERA we had a lot of hiding. I had post partum so bad, I left my baby in Walgreens. I had brain fog and could hardly move. My doc put me on prozac (ack) and I had even more fog. Oh girl. Somehow.. we managed every ERA with people telling us to get over it, or fix it. I'm pretty excited to have a space where we can vent it out, finally! Anything you want to share.. comment!!!
