Protein gives you more energy to get you started. I also take ginger mixed with lime juice and sea salt before every meal helps with bloating.

@Ecom Dave I agree with you. Listen to your body, with it needs, no one should be discomfort. Their skin should amazing. Proper easting habits will contribute to better health and lifestyle.

Hungry is when your body has been through a hard exercise program. Or fist thing in the morning. Habit is when you eat for the sake of eating. Maybe cause of boredom or stress or depression. Maybe your at a party and feel you have to eat something the evening before though your not really hungry.

I have had troubles in the past. Then realized I should have a shower before bed and pamper myself with oils for my skin and pamper my scalp too. plus my feet need pampering
Consistent Bedtime
Aim for a similar bedtime tonight, even if it’s not perfect. Consistency helps your internal clock work more smoothly.
