Week 4 Day 6-7 Day 6 - 1:04.87 Day 7 - 1:06.32 Missoku breathing is allowing me to make decent progress. I do 10 minutes of missoku breathing then a dive. Plus, my playing sounds so much better!

@Elliot Raboy It is a Japanese breathing technique I just learned for playing the shakuhachi bamboo flute and zazen.
