This is going to probably be a dumb question, but after you generated/regenerated a planner and you push to device, should it not be on the reMarkable tablet? If so, where does it go? All seems to work as the icon before the 'push to device' spins, but I never see it on the device. What am I doing wrong...

I purchased Ep Binder cloud on may 14th of this year and when I try to obtain my app license it says Failed to Verify Licenses. First, how do I download the app again and how do I obtain a valid license code.
