Hello šŸ‘‹ I’m Dominique I’m a Sr CSM the customers I serve our agents/admins in the past we mainly focus on onboarding and is transitioning to a full service CSM I struggle with data conversations and some behaviors such as proactive outreach… going beyond basic discovery convo….

@Mike Ferry I believe it’s more a product as service it’s called Zillow Showcase its a product design to help agents win more listings in their listing appointment
