The cold calls have been very warming lol. It’s actually not that bad and it gets exciting after the 1st dial because I treat it like a game show lol. That said, I’ve been calling to build up my cash buyers list and so far I have two buyers out of near 200 calls. I was only able to work on wholesaling for the past two Saturdays due to work and helping the girlfriend move this past week. Was building your cash buyers list challenging for you?
