Since returning to Wholesaling
The cold calls have been very warming lol. It’s actually not that bad and it gets exciting after the 1st dial because I treat it like a game show lol. That said, I’ve been calling to build up my cash buyers list and so far I have two buyers out of near 200 calls. I was only able to work on wholesaling for the past two Saturdays due to work and helping the girlfriend move this past week.
