Am I going after the right audience?
Need your advise guys on the target audience. I've been cold calling Roofers. Dialed about 50 numbers and it took me like 3 days to do that. I got the leads by scraping FB ads as our fearless leaders have showed us. Results are as following: - Less them 5 people did not pick up. Dropped them a voice mail similar to the Money Loom. - 1 owner said he is too small for this type of service and he is capable of answering all of his calls - 2 owners listened to me and said they already have a system in place - the rest were receptionists that I actually spoke to and 90% of them told me they already have a similar system in place. Another 10% agreed to pass the massage to the owners. So the questions is, am I barking up the wrong tree and all roofers that are big and smart enough to run ads already have this service and I am wasting my time? Open to all opinions and advice! Please share your cold calling stats if you can.

@Alan Davis Thank you lots for the feed back. I am indeed Russian and do carry an accent. Couldn't tell you how heavy it is, but it is there. The though of it playing a role did not cross my mind - thank you for that hint. As for rejection and not getting the positive replies, I am ok with the emotional part. This is kind of a second attempt at cold calling and I got use to dealing with that. However before I would either hear that they don't need it, asked not to be disturbed further or just hung up on. And there were just a ton of no answers at all. This situation is a lot different. I am getting 95% response rate, which is super high compaired to what I got before, but almost all the answers is "We already got something like this working in the background."

@Charles Guerra No offense taken what so ever. Thank you for the feedback sensei 🙏 Objection handling part is Gold with diamonds - now I know what to say. I went after roofers, because I have experience in commercial construction - definitely more then I can say about med spas or something like that. I will continue calling on Monday. I have to say that most of the calls I place are getting answered, but mostly by the gate keepers. I'll throw some of the calls on Monday in here. Again big thanks!

Did First Two Demos
I have never been an out going person but after having a stroke in October of 2023 I prefer staying at home and plan any public activity around when there is the least potential to be in crowded situations. I go to the grocery store late at night and the gym mid morning for example. Today I didn't even leave the house. With that said I did two in person demos of a voice AI assistant and both people were blown away by it. One of them wants me to build him a website and put a voice assistant on it to qualify leads and book appointments. Going to charge him $297/month. The other person gave me a lead to contact. Double win!

@Dale Woodard OMG! The longer I don't talk to people the harder it is for me to circle beck with them. Feel like they can see right through my bullshit and think that I'm reaching out only because I need their money...

Setting myself a cold calling challenge
For the month of March, for every week day I will make 100 calls. I will run a webinar once week. If anyone wants to join me in challenge and we hold each other accountable just comment below. I plan to make minimum £3k/m recurring.
