If they never give you proper notice how would a hosepipe ban be enforceable? He who makes a claim has to prove their position. How would water co prove you had knowledge of a ban if they don’t inform you? I have no idea if they have or have not banned hosepipes in my area? Surely due to wild fire risk having plants hydrated is sensible due to safety issues 🤔☔️ Feeding yourself is essential - so a ban makes no sense
