Hello, I was contacted today about a closing directly by a law firm. My question is: How do you handle the work when the contact doesn't come through a signing service? The closing is this Thursday. I need help.

When I applied for my commission, I originally thought I’d just do some GNW work to stay busy. But the deeper I looked into the industry, the more I wanted to become an LSA. Before long, I was following notary groups (and quickly learning which ones to avoid), watching trainers, and soaking up every bit of information I could find. Then came the laser printer, the mobile scanner, and “just one more certification” because I realized there was so much more to learn. I can’t get enough of this field. I genuinely want to do this the right way and build something professional and lasting. I even taught myself how to build my own website — and if that’s not a sign I mean business, I don’t know what is. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.

I'm Divina from the Dallas-Fort Worth Texas location. This is my 3rd year as a notary since last November and I really enjoy it. I also like the fact, that even though I'm comfortable with my assignments, it's great to run into new documents to learn. This journey has definitely been one that I didn't expect to fit me so well after running my own small business in the beauty field!
