Helpful A.I. Tools
#1 - Wispr Flow (https://ref.wisprflow.ai/trenesa-harper) - This is a talk-to-text app with built-in AI! You talk into your computer/phone, then the AI organizes and cleans up your text before you send it as a text, email, or post. I like this app because it's allowed me to get more done (I can talk about 3x faster than I type). #2 - Manus https://try.magica.com/coach-k() - Manus is similar to ChatGPT, but I believe it's better. I use it to do deep research, create email and landing page copy, and more. Plus, it has connectors so you can integrate all your apps. Ex: You can connect Manus to your project management tools so it can handle tasks for you. #3 - Viktor.Ai (https://ref.viktor.com/trenesa-harper) - Viktor is an AI agent that integrates with Slack (my team uses Slack for communication). It can integrate with all the apps you use in your business and act as an assistant in Slack. Ex: it can pull data from Stripe and drop automated reports, etc.

Yes, thank you! Perfect for me when I'm driving and trying to use the speaker to send a message without having to edit every word.
Settlement directly through a law firm
Hello, I was contacted today about a closing directly by a law firm. My question is: How do you handle the work when the contact doesn't come through a signing service? The closing is this Thursday. I need help.

How exciting and wonderful!! I also love that we can get Melina's professional guidance when we want to feel like jumping out of our skin.😅
LSS Certification completed!
When I applied for my commission, I originally thought I’d just do some GNW work to stay busy. But the deeper I looked into the industry, the more I wanted to become an LSA. Before long, I was following notary groups (and quickly learning which ones to avoid), watching trainers, and soaking up every bit of information I could find. Then came the laser printer, the mobile scanner, and “just one more certification” because I realized there was so much more to learn. I can’t get enough of this field. I genuinely want to do this the right way and build something professional and lasting. I even taught myself how to build my own website — and if that’s not a sign I mean business, I don’t know what is. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.

That's awesome!!💯 I totally remember the same feeling and doing my researches for more.
Hello! It's great to be included and involved in this community!
I'm Divina from the Dallas-Fort Worth Texas location. This is my 3rd year as a notary since last November and I really enjoy it. I also like the fact, that even though I'm comfortable with my assignments, it's great to run into new documents to learn. This journey has definitely been one that I didn't expect to fit me so well after running my own small business in the beauty field! Either way, I love to serve people and make sure I execute the best results for everyone involved. I look forward to seeing everyone's posts.
