Excuse Me Whilst I just Give Myself A Kick Up The Pants 😬
On closer inspection of my calendar for next week I see I have made an almighty cock up. I do have a very good excuse, believe it or not, but Im still annoyed I slipped up on my organisation. And you can find our about my really good excuse here in the video. So what this means is that there is a change in time for my fortnightly Coffee, Chat and Collab. It is still on the same day but you can check the time out here for where you are in the world. And some of you may now find it is at a time you can attend, which is a great bonus. But do tune into the video........please

Nope. Still 2am/3am for us over here in Europe. Maybe one day... 😉😁

@Heather Wilson I know it isn't easy. Have many friends over your side of the world, and managing 8-12 hour time differences gets tricky, that's for sure.
What's Working Well For Me At The Moment 👀
After your event, presentation or call has finished. DM those who were there and ask them if they want to jump on a quick call. Strike while the iron is hot, or someone else will.

Sound advice
She almost deleted her community in June
Jenny Rader-Bakos told her husband it was a waste of time. All the effort going in, nothing coming back unless she was the one posting. He told her it was her passion. She stayed. Engagement in Rooted & Wild now runs somewhere between 85 and 90 per cent. The full conversation is up now: How Jenny Turned a Quiet Community Around. A few things she said that are worth your time: The comments are where the magic happens, not the posts. She's active in about ten other communities and sits near the top of most leaderboards. People read a good comment, click the profile, find the community. She never uses stock images. She photographs the process, not just the finished plate, because people who only see the finished thing decide they couldn't do it themselves. She runs a five-day posting plan so she never sits there wondering what to post. Monday through Friday, each day has a job; weekends off. Her first workshop was a Monday idea that ran on the Thursday, and two people turned up. She recorded it and shared the replay anyway. That's the moment things changed. Worth 30 minutes if you're in the quiet stage she was in back in June. If you want more of these, subscribe to the channel while you're there. Jenny's own community is Rooted & Wild if you want to see how she runs it. Check out our brand-new YouTube channel and hit subscribe while you're there. SUBSCRIBE HERE

That's inspiring, @Des Dreckett. Good for her, and thanks for sharing. I'll share this with a vegan nutritional healer in our group, and go support Jenny in her group (and experience what she's doing, and how).
