What have you found to be the most difficult part about starting your own dispatching service?

Hi my name is _Dilshod I live in Uzbekistan and I plan on making $10,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.Help and opportunity to work with community 2.Tips that will help me be preffesional in this industry 3.Making some friends of course so that we can work together many years to come. 😁 For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.Train BOXING 2.Spend time with family & friends 3.Watching TV shows BTW, who is the GOAT in BOXING ?
