@Kendrick Moton great question, I have a ton of individuals in my direct circle who have been trucking for a while. They have always said I should get into the industry but timing just wasn’t right for me then. I have driven trucks and have my own authority as well. So pairing dispatching services to reach new drivers wasn’t difficult, just learning the proper way to pitch them with an offer they couldn’t resist.
