The C4HP Training Crew beta is now open
To all of you that signed up for the interest list for the new coaching program, please check you emails for details and how to access the early access. Doors will close on it Aug. 1 so we can get focused. If you missed this and are interested, please comment below or DM directly. What you get as a beta tester: • Full access to the Training Crew — bi-weekly live group coaching calls, the full C4HP Training Library app, C4HP Athlete Portal app, the private community, and the video resource library • Beta pricing: ~$9.40/month (80% off) (regular price will most likely $47/month at launch) ~stay in the beta for 3 months and fill out a short survey at the end letting me know what worked, what didn't, and what needs to change and your ~$9/month rate is locked in for life — even after the program launches at full price. You'll also get full lifetime access to my Mobility and Motor Learning course ($99 value) at no extra cost.

I'm already in!
Starting "Ask Me Anythings"
First off, thank you all for those interested in helping me get the C4HP Training Crew off the ground. Coaching starts Aug. 1st and I will email you all this weekend about the details and next steps. 2) I want to start a once a month AMA. You are free to join live but simply toss me any specific questions you have about training, climbing, life, or my favorite donut and I want to do a video recording of it so that I can be more thorough that just through a comment section. (although, still feel free to comment at me as much as you'd like!) So, This will be the first official AMA for July! Comment below any questions that you have and I'll get to answering them. I'll shoot to ask for the questions in the first week of the month and post the video by the 3rd. Thanks again for you all being here!

Hi Collin! First of all, thank you for giving us the space to ask questions. I became a dad a year ago, and keeping up with training has been really hard so far, especially due to a lack of time. I followed the SPE program and the results were incredible ( I was able to do it because the short sessions). I could definitely feel the progression transferring to my climbing. However, even though my fingers got stronger, the rest of my body has started to feel weaker. Are there any 'essential' exercises you recommend for someone with only one hour to train (or for a quick session at home)? Thanks!

@Collin McGee I have some weight, a beastmaker, a tindeq, a weight pin with a portable hangboard. I think I have everything for a home workout.
New C4HP Training Program - Looking for Beta Testers!
Hello! I am working on a new training/coaching program that involves group coaching, a private community, and access to a new version of the training app (The C4HP Library) that allows constant flexibility in training selection and a plug-and-plug ability to place/remove programs as you need. If you are interested comment below or DM me and I will explain the details further! You will be a part of an initial group going through a 3-month training trial to help me build this new offer. Then, we'll let more people join the party after. Thank you!!

Community test results
Hi everyone! Would you like to share your test results and your expectations? I think it could be really helpful for the community. I'll share mine: I'm currently climbing 7b and some 7b+ on the Kilter Board. My long-term goal is to climb 7c consistently and get healthier fingers. Looking forward to seeing your results and goals!
