Wow 2 Days to go
I relive my sons passing everyday but for some reason that date he actually died is brutal. The last two Februarys I ended up in rehab and although I’m good there so far I feel such dread and anxiety at the same time. Not to mention I got divorced last week. I’m trying to let you understand where I am coming from so that I too can guide you on how far I’ve come. It’s remarkable. Please join me!

- Grief is love with nowhere to go, and it deserves patience. - You are not broken. You are responding to loss. - Love does not end. It changes how it lives inside you. - There is no right timeline for missing someone. - Some days surviving is the bravest thing you can do. - Grief can be quiet, loud, heavy, or numb. All of it belongs. - You don’t have to explain your pain to honor it.I’m so sorry to hear about your son ,if anytime you want to talk I’m here for you🙏🏽
The Love you shared
Affirmation: The love I shared did not end. It still lives within me. Message: Even in absence, love remains present in quiet ways It lives in memory, habit, and the tenderness you still carry. Affirmation: I am allowed to grieve in my own quiet way. Message: Your grief doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. Quiet grief is still real, still valid, and still worthy of care. Affirmation: I do not need to be strong today. Being honest is enough. Message: Strength isn’t required here. Honesty with yourself — even silent honesty — is more than enough for today.

“In This Together”
Here are a few gentle ways you could speak to your friend or family —each one simple, sincere, and full of care. You can choose the one that feels most like you, or adapt the words in your own voice I’m so sorry you’re going through this. You don’t have to carry it alone—I’m here with you, whatever you need. “I don’t have the right words, but I care deeply about you. I’m holding you in my thoughts and I’m here to listen, or just sit quietly, anytime. “Thinking of you with so much love. I’m here—always."
Finding Calm in Daily Life☀️
Reflection Prompt: Take a slow pause and reflect. - This week, recall one specific moment when time felt gentle — not rushed, not demanding. - Where were you? What were you doing with your body, not just your mind? - What made that moment feel calm — silence, nature, familiarity, being alone, or being with someone safe? - Choose one small element from that moment and name how you could intentionally bring it into your days again — even for 5 minutes. Write without fixing, judging, or improving anything. Affirmation: “I allow myself to move at a pace that brings me peace.”
