Take a slow pause and reflect.
  • This week, recall one specific moment when time felt gentle — not rushed, not demanding.
  • Where were you? What were you doing with your body, not just your mind?
  • What made that moment feel calm — silence, nature, familiarity, being alone, or being with someone safe?
  • Choose one small element from that moment and name how you could intentionally bring it into your days again — even for 5 minutes.
Write without fixing, judging, or improving anything.

“I allow myself to move at a pace that brings me peace.”
