I get so confused when I set up a new bizdom bot/Autom+ combo acct. The fields asking questions don't ask me for a name that will show in my drop down so they all end up as my name and that gets VERY confusing. Am I understanding this right?

Bots installed..... where? Hi all. The problem with stepping away for a bit and coming back is I forget too much! Question of the day- where all can a customer have one of our bots (esp the text/voice/call one)? I'm sure website, what about a Google Biz page? IG/ FB? other? thanks!!
