I finally got this refinance closed today .. hopefully funded this week. Normally, I wouldn’t post something like this but hopefully it motivates you all to stay aggressive. This was a cash out refinance blanket loan. $112k in my pocket .. and we got $300k 5 years prior on the same package of homes… who is paying for it 👀… not me .. my tenants .. BRRRR always works 💪🏽‼️

My goals is to consistently have real estate deals in my pipeline line. And to expand my business to buy rentals and open up and independent living facilities and start a non-profit. To manifest what I want and to make it happen. Even when I feel like giving up or starting over. I know that My Goals are waiting for me🦋🦋
