I just started wearing my Samsung Galaxy Watch to bed to track my sleep, and I’m hooked. The app gives me a little animated blob who’s happy when I sleep well and sad when I don’t. It sounds silly, but that tiny blob has actually motivated me to take better care of my sleep. It also gave me a ‘sleep animal type’ apparently, I’m a penguin 🐧.
