My Galaxy Watch Turned Sleep Into a Game (Meet My Little Blob)
I just started wearing my Samsung Galaxy Watch to bed to track my sleep, and I’m hooked.
The app gives me a little animated blob who’s happy when I sleep well and sad when I don’t. It sounds silly, but that tiny blob has actually motivated me to take better care of my sleep.
It also gave me a ‘sleep animal type’ apparently, I’m a penguin 🐧. I thought my sleep was bad, but it turns out most people in my age group are actually doing worse (thanks, Samsung Health studies). So maybe my penguin’s not doing too bad after all. 💤
It’s a good reminder that the right tools can make healthy habits feel fun instead of forced.
