What's the Best offer for hair transplant clinics?
Hi Iam working with hair transplant clinics. I’m trying to figure out the best way to maximize revenue for the clinic while also reducing the time it takes to generate money.Here’s my dilemma:If I run a low-cost intro offer (like PRP or GFC 3-session package), it’s easier to get many leads from ads because the price is low and less risky for patients. However, these non-surgical treatments usually take 4–8 weeks or more to show visible improvement, which means the upsell opportunity to hair transplant surgery comes only after 3–5 months. This makes the overall time to earn from high-ticket surgeries quite long.On the other hand, if I directly advertise the hair transplant surgery, I can target people who are ready for the big procedure and potentially close revenue much faster but CAC is going to be way much higher .So my question is:Should I focus on a low-cost intro offer (PRP/GFC) and then upsell to transplant, or should I directly advertise for hair transplant surgery?Or is there a better strategy to maximize clinic revenue while also shortening the time to generate money from high-ticket procedures?What would you recommend as the best marketing approach for a hair transplant clinic?"

@Nick Gallo yes understood. One more doubt - going for a free consultation ( so doctors will definitely charge for the initial consultation) . Instead of that is there any other better way to position like providing something else for free... Because saying free consultation and the in clinic doctor charging for consultation makes it incongruent... If we can provide some else as free it might be an incentive for them.. Can you provide some advice on this.?. It will help me🖐😅

I signed a realtor as client. I don't have a ISA right now to call the leads. Will i need one from the getgo first client. 1.What is ISA calling pipeline and the worflow how many time they should call each lead? and 2.do i have to send all the leads to google sheet ( custom made with lead name,fups made ,made connection...like that)for them to track the number of times they call each lead or can i create opportunities in GHL like FUP1, FUP2.. Fup10 in client subaccount and give them ghl as the only tracking tool or how would you recommend tracking the lead calling ( ISA or whoever assigned to do ISA task)
