Choose your fasting method: 💧 Water : only water (vitamins + minerals for support) 🍉 Fruit: fruit only, as much as you want ⏰ Intermittent: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 hours of no eating! Pick one and try it…unless you’re already doing it…(and if you are…increase your fasting window!) 🥛 Liquid: juice (fruit or vegetable or water) no fibre I am going to do 3 days of fruit 🍉🍌🍊🥝 (nothing but fruit, as much as I want) Anyone else? 💎 Fasting is so important to give your brain the signal that you’re safe without food.
