I’m just curious as to what you would price this at? A business owns this unit and wants it emptied. All the boxes of files and filing cabinets, I have to move to the office. Everything else is to the dump. Estimating dump fees to be about $40-$50 bucks and can probably make about $25 off some of the metal.

Today was nuts, here are the before pictures for what we were tackling Had issues with our truck as our breaks went out completely, so we had to leave our truck at the customers house for the first time ever We had a box truck already for the day so that saved us, but we had to rent an additional one for the next day & will have to have someone pick up up from uahul at droop off tomorrow 🤦‍♀️ Shit happens so all you can do is roll tide, gonna have the truck towed at 10am tomorrow & will use the box truck to tow our trailer home & finish the job ofc Probably should’ve charged $3250 but maybe that’s just because I can’t wait to have employees & my business partner & I are doing all the work lmao. We only worked on it 7 hours today, hoping for it to be done in another 4 tomorrow, will keep you updated. Anyways, here’s the before! All junk in yard + weedeating all tall grass, & cutting down small trees/bushes (p.s you’re gonna be shocked tomorrow cus that weedeating is a boss, I’m also a boss at the work 😂) Gonna post the before & after a tomorrow, all jobs costs, time/labor + scrap receipts for how much extra money we get to offset expenses, talk soon gang - Logan
