Protein: ✅ Steps: ✅ I think it’s helped a lot. I normally track on my own with my app but it’s kind of out of sight out of mind. Only I see the entries but when I share it and some days I don’t do so well 😬 it’s just like a little reminder, hey you’re human, do better tomorrow.

Steps: ✅ The cottage cheese wrap made my plate healthier. I could use pita bread but I try to be good and not eat as many carbs. Altho, dinner wasn’t great. Pepperoni pizza 😬 but I stayed within my caloric deficit and not eating as much carbs in the day helped me not go over the threshold for my calories. I did go over on my carb intake but I’m not too upset about that.

Protein:✅ Steps: ❌ not quite. I realize I could’ve ran around my apt for a few more steps but I’m in bed and very tired. My online class is a lot. It’s my last week and there are just so many assignments due. Squats: ❌ My lunch pic is a little messy. My wrap started to fall apart. I made homemade cottage cheese wraps. Just 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, and Italian seasoning blended and then baked. Made my own little Mediterranean wrap. Chicken, hummus, cucumbers with homemade protein ranch (plain Greek yogurt, vinegar, water and ranch seasoning), and spinach.

@Achidi Ndiforchu lol I know! Well to be honest, I walk my dog every morning around 4:30-5 to go to the bathroom and forget my watch and phone every time. It’s not a big walk but it’s about 10 min.
