Operating in Two States.
Hi there, has anyone ever operated a cleaning business in two different states? How do you organize website, phone calls, and bookings?

@Jabah Carter That is a great question... what is the difference in operating in 2 different states rather than one? Definitely want to scale...
Peace and Blessings to All!
Hey everybody, I have a very important question. How I’ll become successful in this business? I would like to learn as much as I can to be successful and be able to help others succeed. My wife knows everything about business how to start one, how to run one/several. I would like to be a big part in our community and my wife and I businesses. I have a hard time being trained I was told. So with that being said I’m looking forward to working on becoming better on how to start a business and run one. I don’t want to sound like a jerk, but I know it takes money to make money. I can do as much studying and research it will boil down to money being brought up and how much to start and how much to continue to run a business successfully. Also, I want everyone to know in this community. I’m extremely passionate about new adventures this one I love because I can do it with my wife and continue to be with my family as I grow a business and grow my family.

information is currency, and knowledge is POTENTIAL power. It only becomes REALIZED power once it is applied and iterated upon. In other words, there’s a necessary degree of due diligence one must do before, during and after success, but unless that knowledge and info is applied, it’s just data. A bullsh*tter who just freestyles some moves and throw some stuff at the wall to see what sticks can get farther along on the road to success than the intelligent thinker who is in analysis paralysis and takes NO action. Study. Learn. Execute. Iterate. Rinse and repeat. Success. Welcome aboard. 🫡

What are the best practices to set up and supervise a test cleaning remotely? Asking for a friend…. @Amanda Daves

My advice: Concentrate on zooming out from the business to get a broad view on all aspects of it (for example: brand, services, how you plan on bringing unique and excelled value to both client and subcontractors, etc.). Determine: WHO you are as a company WHY you do what you do WHAT you do and offer, and WHERE you will offer your services and value Starting there will help you determine what needs the focus and development, IMO.
What Chick-Fil-A Taught Me About Business
Mind you, I've never worked for or been associated with Chick-Fil-A. My only direct dealings with the Original Chicken Sandwich restaurant is ordering their 3-count chicken strip meal. But I've learned a TON from them. Let me explain.... From the moment you step foot into a Chick-Fil-A establishment (or pull up in the drive-thru), you are greeted with a warm smile and IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Compare this to some other chicken restaurants that may have a better tasting product, but horrible customer service. They’ve SYSTEMATICALLY constructed a method of efficient deliver. No matter how long the line is, your food will be handed to you within 10 minutes, tops. Talk about dedication to FULFILLMENT. Their CONSISTENCY is unparalled. If I ask for 7 napkins, 2 Polynesian sauces, 3 creamers, 4 sugars for coffee, and lemon in my tea, they get it right and exact EVERY SINGLE TIME. This shows that they PAY ATTENTION to the customer. And on the rare occasion where something is missing or out of order, they apologize and RESOLVE THE ISSUE PROMPTLY with the same smile I was greeted with. I’ve been to Chick-Fil-A restaurants all over the state (and in other states), and regardless of where I go, I can depend on their consistency. In conclusion, Chick-Fil-A may just be a fast-food restaurant to some, but to those who pay attention, it is a masterclass in business success. Chick-Fil-A has set the standard for how businesses should operate by focusing on customer service, consistency, and mastering the art of creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back time and time again. Sure, Popeyes chicken may have more flavor, but it’s not just about the food, it's about the MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE.

Comparing Popeyes and Chick-Fil-A shows clearly that great customer service will allow one to sell a mediocre product. Now, if you combine a great product/service with great customer engagement and satisfaction, you’ll win 90% of the time
