After seeing Niti's post, I got the idea to do this one since I'm also in the midst of studying SAT, so I'll give my tips and strategies I've used so far. Everything here is important, so try not to skip any of these because each of them helped me improve a great amount. 1.) Use Khan Academy They have a whole DSAT (Digital SAT) guide for everybody, and its so helpful for breaking down concepts you arent strong in. I actually didnt understand the hype behind Khan Academy until I started using the DSAT guide and I have to say it does live up to the hype. 2.) Careless Mistakes and Easy Concepts Any sort of careless mistakes could cost you a few valuable points in the future, so don't even risk taking them. Make sure to perfect the art of getting the question with perfect efficiency and not "Oh well, it was a mistake, so I won't count it". My Achilles tendon was writing off the easy concepts, since the concepts I always missed were the ones I said "I know this topic good enough, I dont need to study it". I ended up not making that much progress due to that, so make sure to cover the concepts you dont know even if you think you do. For me, it was torture going through the Khan Academy guides for these topics that I already knew with my brain screaming at me that I'm wasting my time. It turns out that feeling was exactly what was capping my practice test scores, and breaking through that feeling was necessary to improve my score. 3.) Avoid Burn-Out Don't hyperfocus on SAT prep or stress over practice test results, etc. Just keep a relaxed and laid back attitude about SAT (even if your exam date is close) since that will get you farther than stressing about it. If you get a question or concepts wrong, don't worry. Just review it until you fix the problem then move on. This is the only thing that prevents me from burning out. There's so much more I could write, but it's late night for me and I got to sleep. Ask any further questions in the comments and I'll answer them in the future
