Hey Pei I have also been having a feeling of anterior shoulder tightness and wrist pain on the right side when getting under the bar. I originally thought it was a lack of IR on the right as it was stiff in that direction but it's actually my ER strength. I have 90 degrees range but cannot ER with 2.5kg more than 8 reps to RPE 10 😅. I have included ER and middle trap strength work along with pec minor and levator scap releases. Anything else you would recommend?
