I received notification today that my proposal was accepted. This will be my second year presenting at the National Family Childcare Conference 🙌🏾🙌🏾

HAPPY SUNDAY BPC! I was booked for this event by Muhammed Ali’s daughter’s best friend, based on my very first book with BPC @Taurea Avant STILL SELLING🔥 The truth is, even though my life continues to evolved my journey will never change. That makes us forever relevant 🤗 Our niche is the REALEST thing ever! Today as I departed Mohammed Ali’s former mansion now Airbnb FOR SALE.. I was reminded that in my highest self, I SELL MONEY💯💴 As a Airbnb super host and loan broker PLUS GRANTS, I used the weekend to actually stay at the property for the entire weekend event(which I never would have done formerly) I used my time to mingle and especially connect and share Airbnb strategy with the family’s manager for the last 9 years. Guess what? We have a meeting Wednesday with the owner! She invited me to come back ONE DAY THIS WEEK-NO COST WITH A COUPLE FRIENDS to discuss further. I didn’t overshare or over talk. Instead I watched, counted & payed attention to details from a Airbnb host perspective as well as how cash out would be wayyy better than a sale. On the way out I shot my shot.
