Fielding
God blessed me with long arms, swinging them down when i run makes me slower. I have to tell myself to keep them tucked but what do you guys think of in ur head when running

Being smooth and flowy while you run is key. If you run at 100% percent, you are usually out of control and out of sync. Running where your are smooth and controlled, is faster than running at 100%.

While tracking a ball in the outfield, your running fro shouldn’t change, keep the same 90/90 arm action while you run being smooth. You don’t want to move like a robot, be smooth and flowy
