Is it peace or avoidance?
Where in your life are you still calling it “peace” when it is really avoidance?

What helped me to stay consistent instead of getting mentally pulled back into the struggle, was remembering, the process Christ is in me, presenting myself as a living sacrifice, casting down all those negative thoughts. It is the consistency of it all remembering what he told me to do. Remembering, is the key factor to the new nature relying on the Christ in me. No longer adapting or leaning toward my old nature of the way I used to think, the way I used to process things only brought me misery. I saw the manifestation of the word of God taking its full completeness in me as I yield. The old way adapting or leaning toward my old nature in the way I used to think the way I used to-process things only brought me misery. I saw the manifestation of the word of God, taking its full, complete completeness in me as I yield. Something I needed to do. I had to yield to the instruction of the word. Having the mind of Christ, allowing the word to do exactly what it says it will produce Christ in us the hope of glory. I have learned the process of living in the new nature. I’m able now to stay above the circumstances of life because of the word of God.
🔱 TITAN WELCOME 🔱
Let’s give a strong welcome to our newest members: Alicia George, Shahen Muradyan, Jeanette Seetle. We’re glad you’re here. You did not join a group built around staying stuck, making excuses, or hiding in the background. You stepped into a community built around growth, truth, discipline, and real transformation. This is a place where people do the work, face what is real, and keep moving forward. Titans aren’t born. They’re forged. To our new members, we want to hear from you. Drop a comment and let us know: Where you’re from? What brought you into this community? What area of your life you are most focused on strengthening right now? And to everybody already in the group, take a moment to introduce yourselves, welcome them in, and connect. Do not just scroll past names. Community gets stronger when people actually know who they are building with. Let’s make sure nobody enters this space unnoticed. Welcome to the group, Alicia, Shahen, and Jeanette. We’re glad you’re here.

🔱 Titan Reflection: Your Posture in the Den
🔱 Before answering (or after you post), take a few minutes to review: • The Lions’ Den Breakdown (Daniel 6) • Daniel’s Den: Habits, Emotional Regulation, and Titan Capacity These will help you see how posture is built long before pressure shows up. Daniel didn’t survive the lion's den by changing the environment. He survived by holding his posture. The threat was real. The pressure was intense. But his inner stance stayed steady. That’s capacity. Now reflect: 🔱 When pressure hits your life, what happens to your posture? Do you stand grounded… or do you collapse into reaction? 🔱 What do you usually shift into under stress (control, anger, anxiety, shutdown, overthinking, avoidance)? No fixing. No performing. Just noticing your default stance. I’ll start: When pressure hits me, I shift into control mode instead of grounded trust. Your turn 👇

The very first verse. I will praise you with my whole heart. That meant for me mind and my body had to re align to that posture. It led me into praise and worship. Which caused me to develop a life style, practicing, discipline and re-alignment. It is out of the heart in praise and worship whether through singing or dancing. I’m maintaining the posture. Mind and body returned. It wasn’t a fight.

What Triggers You the Fastest? (Let’s Talk About It)
Most of us don’t get upset because of what happens. We get upset because of how we react automatically. Take a moment and think: 👉 What situation triggers you the fastest right now?👉 And what emotion usually shows up (anger, anxiety, shutdown, overthinking, stress)? No fixing. No judging.Just awareness. I’ll start:For me, feeling misunderstood used to trigger anger almost instantly. Your turn 👇

Normally, when I’m speaking and people are not listening. You explained the situation, and they come up with their own interpretation.

I ask a young lady the same question you asked, they replied, when people don’t use common sense.
