I may have something REALLY special for you guys... So I've spent the last 2 months trying to automate my editing workflow with AI as much as possible. I think I may have finally nailed it. I built claude skills that can chop my video up and cut out all the mistakes, restarts, "ums", and pauses. I built another skill that creates AMAZING motion graphics, section cards, title cards, and lower thirds, according to any style you want and WITH sound design 🤯 And I just built a skill that adds relevant background music to my videos with seamless transitions. This has cut my editing workflow down by AT LEAST 80%. I think there are two different tracks you can take as a creator—and knowing which one you're building toward can completely change your content strategy. 1. THE CONTENT CREATOR 🎥 Your primary goal is to build a platform. Your content is designed for: → Reach → Audience growth → Influence → Impact And here's the key: Your CONTENT is essentially the product. The bigger and stronger the audience becomes, the more opportunities you create to monetize the attention itself: → Ad revenue → Brand deals & sponsorships → Patreon / memberships → Affiliate partnerships → Speaking opportunities → And more You're primarily building a media platform. 2. THE DIGITAL ENTREPRENEUR 💼 Your primary goal is to build a business. Your content is designed to attract the RIGHT people, demonstrate your expertise, build trust, and eventually move people toward something you sell. Your monetization might come from: → Coaching → Courses → Digital products → Services → Communities / memberships → Other offers The BIG difference? Your content isn't the offer. Your content is the MARKETING for the offer. And that's why these two creators shouldn't always follow the exact same content strategy. One may need to optimize heavily for reach and attention.
