@Pei Boccanfuso been doing alot of calves strengthening (basically get more mass) to help with the pressure on the talus and increase arch too (plantar fascia release) and it’s been working recently. Hit an atpb on squats of 200kg by the end the year last yr even on a heavier bw 😮‍💨

@Pei Boccanfuso so basically still putting pressure towards the big toe but raise my big toe instead? I haven’t really thought about it that way.
