Which espresso style do you prefer: traditional Italian (7โ8g of coffee) or modern third wave (9-10 g of coffee)?

@Luke Gilbert Thank you for your response. I wasnโt referring to any specific model; rather, I was talking about air roasters as a type of coffee roasting equipment that I recently came across. I wanted to hear your opinion on whether such devices can roast coffee beans with the same quality as the more familiar drum roasters.
