Updates to the classroom are coming this week. I’ve been in training this week and whew, I finally relaunched some things with new eyes and fresh understanding. 🙌 You know what’s wild? I once watched someone pay thousands to get UTM tracking set up. Meanwhile, I was over here thinking, “This thing is a beast. I guess I have to hire someone out later on.” But in this training, they broke it down in one simple module with no $5K price tag… ($7 to be exact). And now I see just how powerful and easy it is. So what’s a UTM? 🤔 It’s basically a little tag you add to your link that tells you exactly where your traffic came from (Instagram, email, ad, or post). It’s like labeling your jars in 2 Kings 4 so you know which ones are filling up or are filled up. Without it, you’re just guessing. With it, you can see where God is multiplying your oil. 🔥 So when you put out content on Facebook and it goes viral, but you’ve also got content on every other platform, UTMs let you see exactly what worked. You’ll know what brought in the sales or clicks and then you can double down and create more of that kind of content or focus more on that platform. 🚀 Takeaway: UTMs help you to continue to sell the oil. - Without tracking, you might pour into the wrong jars (wrong platforms, wrong ads, wrong posts). With UTMs, you can see what’s working and keep pouring where God is bringing the increase. Forgive me, I know I’m geeking out 🤣 but I can’t help it! This stuff excites me because these are the very tools we need to walk out what God has placed inside of us. And the best part? They set us up for long-term success with ease.

Hi ladies I just wanted to send out a few words of encouragement as everyone continues to pour and do what GOD has called them to do! GOD placed these words on my heart today. Embrace the shift. I know that these words are not only just for me, but other women as well who are still figuring out what to do next? GOD I know what I’m called to do, but how do I move forward? Well I’m here to share with you ladies that I’m going to embrace the shift that GOD is doing in my life! Sometimes you think that you know what you’re called to do, but then GOD will step in and put you in a different mind set. So I say all this to say, don’t be afraid of how GOD is moving in your life right now, just continue to pour and pray! Embrace the shift! Have a blessed weekend and continue to pour your oil!

Let me just say I don't even know or remember what made me choose this community. Well I know that it was God ordained because I have been strategically seeking Him for divine direction and sound instructions on who I should connect with to learn and collaborate with. But I don't even remember how I got here but all I know is that I am grateful that I am here. So last night I worked a very rough 12 hour shift. First, I realized that I was setup for failure when I was scheduled to work such a rough shift without the proper help to do what was asked of me to do. Then, after working this shift the Assistant Manager of the unit walks this morning with not a thank you all for holding it down but a look that yall didn't do enough. Ugh!!! That alone made me search for ways to do something different so that I can create the life that I dream of living, a life that I desire to wake up to walking confidently in each and every day. GOD said use what you already have! Immediately I thought about Sell The Oil Community😗So this morning when I got off I see a course that I would like to opt into but when I click on it, it says it will unlock once I get to a certain level. I sighed, said a prayer and went to sleep. My prayer was GOD HELP me. I just read the new post that @Sherylynne Dix the creator of the group put up that I have been grandfathered in and there aren't any levels to unlock what I need to help me to create the life that I desire to live. MY GOD TODAY!!!!!!! Just like that I gave GOD the impossible and like always HE went over and beyond to make it POOSIBLE for me. Yall the greatest thing that I could have ever done is learn to, "Make It Personal". GOD just positioned me to partner with HIM, to produce with HIM, greater works.....Stay Tuned
