The 10% Rule: Why your ADHD brain hates your To-Do List 🧠❌
Ever looked at your daily tasks and felt an immediate physical wall blocking you from starting? Here is why: Your neurodiverse brain sees a task like "clean the desk" or "write the report" as a massive, threatening mountain. To protect you from overwhelm, it cuts off your motivation. The fix? The 10% Rule. You don't clean the desk. You just pick up one single pen. You don't write the report. You just open the blank document. Once the brain experiences how ridiculously small the first step is, the "cortisol wall" drops, and dopamine kicks in to help you continue. 👉 Question for the founding members here: What is ONE massive task on your list today that we can shrink down to a 10% micro-step right now? Drop it below and let's break the freeze together!

🚨 START HERE: Welcome to the Neuro Flow Community!
I am so happy you found your way here! This is a safe space for late-diagnosed ADHD brains who are tired of the daily chaos. This community is brand new, and you are one of the founding members! How to get started: 1. Go to the "Classroom" tab. 2. Open the course "Your Roadmap Out of Chaos". 3. Check out Lesson 1.1 and grab your Emergency Kit. Small Favor: Comment below and tell me: What is the ONE thing (household, work, or mind) that you want to get under control first? Let's find our flow together! 🧠✨

@Jakob Lackner peace love and equity thanks. I have not been diagnosed, but my wife and a counselor we speak with monthly feels like I have ADHD. I would like to get my organization and time spent on things and jumping from thing to think under control look forward to it.

Welcome to the Neuro Flow Community! 🚀
To kick things off, I want to ask our first members: What is the absolute biggest challenge you face during your workday with ADHD? Is it starting tasks, staying focused, or getting overwhelmed? Drop it in the comments—I'm using your answers to build the next free guides for our Classroom!
