Image Size Advice
Advice please. I have set up a bunch of designs in Canva that I am ready to list in my shop, however I am still confused that I have the right image size for the designs to be scalable in Print Shrimp. I have set up designs as A2 size and when I download they are approx. 1500 x 2200 px. Based on info and process recommendations I've read on here, I have tried running through upscayl, but this crashes my laptop! What is the best way to check if my designs are good enough(size quality) to sell please?

@Mihai Volintiriu Thank you so much, I really appreciate the help. Canva defaults to A2 for posters, but I have resized up to A0 and I have been able to download meeting the recommended pixel dimensions. Going forward I will start at A0 size. 👍

@Jan Ibbott good to know. I haven't tried using AI yet, but would also like to get there at some point.
Any restrictions using Canva?
I'm using Canvas to create my own posters from scratch (as much as possible). Can someone point me in the right direction, are there any restrictions on using the creative/elements options in Canva? ie. shapes, fonts/font sets, colour palettes, back grounds, etc. These are obviously short cuts but don't want to waste my time using them if I can't use them in my designs? Trying to head off any issues up front. Hope that makes sense. Thanks

@Marianna Robins I found this article which is quite helpful. It's not 100% cut and dried but ultimately it seems to be if you stick to the Canva free items and create your own design then should be ok. Would love to hear other peoples view and if they have more guidance too. https://www.canva.com/licensing-explained/

@Mihai Volintiriu Thank you for clearing that up!
PrintShrimp FAQs - Please Read!
Hey guys, Thought it might be useful to have a big old list of our FAQs. Please take a read through this and familiarise yourself with how we operate! How do I place my orders? Placing your orders is very simple with PrintShrimp. Unlike other platforms, we allow to create your products on your marketplace of choice, and then come to PrintShrimp for fulfillment. You can manually place orders, by filling in your customers address and uploading your print file. We also offer Etsy integration, allowing you to fulfill your orders with the click of a button. Head to the integration tab, connect your Etsy shop, and then click 'Import Orders' in your create order tab. We let you have the final say before fulfilling your order, so your shop is in your hands. When and how are my orders sent? Due to our extensive network of printers, it depends on the country of fulfilment. In the UK, we typically use Royal Mail 48. We use USPS Standard shipping in the USA, and AusPost Standard shipping in Australia. We print our orders on working days, but feel free to place your orders like normal on the weekends and they will be picked up and processed first thing on Monday. Our processing times vary from same day in the UK, to 2-3 days in other parts of the world. Please view of all of our processing and delivery times here. When can I expect to receive tracking numbers? You can normally expect your UK tracking numbers to become available at the end of the working day. In countries such as the US and also the EU, tracking is automatically added as soon as your order is shipped. You can see expected processing times, and therefore when you can expect your tracking, on our price table here. Please be aware that our locations open and operate in accordance with their respective time zones, and working days. The earlier in a day your order is placed, the faster we can get that order into production. Orders placed later in the day may not enter production until the next working day, due to when courier collections take place.
